The MN GOP 54A is a Basic Political Operating Unit [BPOU]. This unit includes most of Roseville, two precincts of St. Anthony, which lies in Hennepin County, and Lauderdale. Those individuals living within the boundaries of MN House District 54a are eligible to join with us in promoting the conservative philosophy and wholesome principles of the MN Republican GOP Party.
